TERMS OF SERVICE

OVERVIEW
Welcome to TrenchStepper Limited Apparel.
The terms “TrenchStepper,” “TrenchStepper Limited Apparel,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to TrenchStepper Limited Apparel. We operate trenchstepper.shop and provide the products, content, features, tools, and services available through the website (collectively, the “Services”).
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer our products and Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services. By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any consumer right that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.
1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNTS
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or that you have the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.
When creating an account or placing an order, you agree to provide current, accurate, and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
You may not use another person's account without authorization or use the Services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
2. PRODUCTS & PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display our products, including their materials, colors, sizing, artwork, features, and appearance.
Actual colors and visual appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing processes, fabric characteristics, and other reasonable production variations.
Measurements may also contain reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
Certain TrenchStepper products may be limited releases, collaborations, individually numbered pieces, one-of-one pieces, reclaimed garments, made-to-order items, or products produced in limited quantities.
Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.
We may modify or discontinue products, collections, sizes, colors, designs, or other offerings at any time, subject to orders we have already accepted and applicable law.
3. ORDERS & ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase products from TrenchStepper Limited Apparel.
An order is not considered accepted until we confirm and process it.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of:
- suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity;
- inaccurate billing, payment, or shipping information;
- inventory errors;
- pricing or listing errors;
- suspected automated purchasing or bot activity;
- attempts to bypass stated purchase limits;
- unlawful activity;
- suspected counterfeiting or intellectual-property violations; or
- other violations of these Terms.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund for the canceled portion of the order.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once fulfillment has begun, we may not be able to change or cancel an order.
4. AUTHENTIC OWNERSHIP & RESALE
TrenchStepper Limited Apparel respects the lawful ownership of authentic TrenchStepper products.
Once an authentic physical TrenchStepper product has been lawfully purchased, its owner may generally keep, wear, collect, gift, trade, or resell that particular item, subject to applicable law.
We do not claim that the lawful resale of an authentic TrenchStepper product, by itself, violates our rights.
However, ownership of a physical product does not transfer ownership of TrenchStepper's intellectual property or grant permission to reproduce the product or its protected elements.
An independent reseller may not falsely represent themselves as an authorized TrenchStepper retailer, distributor, representative, partner, sponsor, or affiliate.
Resellers must not knowingly misrepresent a product's authenticity, condition, edition, serial number, modification, origin, or affiliation with TrenchStepper.
Nothing in this section authorizes counterfeiting, unauthorized reproduction, bootlegging, trademark infringement, copyright infringement, or other unlawful use of TrenchStepper intellectual property.
5. PRICES, PAYMENTS & TAXES
Prices are displayed in the currency selected or made available through the store and may change without notice.
The price applicable to your purchase will generally be the price displayed when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, import charges, and similar fees may apply depending on the order and destination.
You agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information.
If we discover a material pricing, inventory, or listing error before fulfillment, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected item and refund any amount already paid for it.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are fulfilled according to our Shipping Policy and any additional fulfillment information displayed on an applicable product page.
Delivery dates and carrier transit times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, service interruptions, incorrect customer addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
If we cannot ship an order within a promised timeframe, we will provide any delay notice, cancellation opportunity, refund, or other remedy required by applicable law.
Risk of loss and ownership during shipment will be determined according to applicable law and our Shipping Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address before submitting an order.
7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Please review that policy before purchasing.
Our Refund Policy explains eligibility requirements, return windows, non-returnable products, return-shipping responsibility, damaged or incorrect orders, exchanges, and refund processing.
Nothing in our Refund Policy or these Terms limits any non-waivable rights provided by applicable consumer law.
8. LIMITED, COLLECTIBLE & RECLAIMED PRODUCTS
Certain TrenchStepper products may be sold as limited releases, numbered editions, collectibles, reclaimed garments, hand-finished pieces, or one-of-one products.
Minor variations may be inherent to these products and may form part of their individual character rather than constitute a defect.
Where a product is reclaimed, reworked, vintage, individually finished, or otherwise unique, material variations or pre-existing characteristics will be disclosed when reasonably practical.
Any specific return restriction applicable to a limited, custom, personalized, or one-of-one product will be clearly disclosed where required.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content and intellectual property associated with TrenchStepper Limited Apparel and the Services—including names, logos, artwork, graphics, photographs, videos, product graphics, original designs, slogans, website content, music-related branding, authentication elements, and other creative materials—are owned by TrenchStepper Limited Apparel or used with permission from their respective owners.
Purchasing a product does not grant a license to reproduce, manufacture, copy, digitize, commercially exploit, or create counterfeit versions of TrenchStepper intellectual property.
You may photograph, wear, display, gift, collect, or lawfully resell an authentic physical product you own.
You may not use TrenchStepper intellectual property in a way that falsely suggests endorsement, authorization, partnership, sponsorship, or affiliation.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
10. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the Services:
- for unlawful or fraudulent activity;
- to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
- to distribute malware or malicious code;
- to obtain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or information;
- to scrape or exploit the Services in violation of applicable law or our technical restrictions;
- to impersonate another person or organization;
- to transmit knowingly false or misleading information;
- to interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- to manufacture, market, or distribute counterfeit TrenchStepper products; or
- to engage in conduct intended to deceive customers about an affiliation with TrenchStepper.
We may restrict or terminate access to the Services when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
11. CUSTOMER CONTENT, REVIEWS & FEEDBACK
If you voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, comments, feedback, suggestions, or other content to TrenchStepper, you represent that you have the right to submit that content and that it does not violate the rights of another person.
You grant TrenchStepper a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and share content you intentionally submit to us for purposes reasonably related to operating, improving, or promoting TrenchStepper and its Services.
This does not transfer ownership of your original content to TrenchStepper.
We may remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, misleading, or otherwise violates these Terms.
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS
The Services may contain links, features, payment services, integrations, or tools provided by third parties.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, terms, accuracy, or availability of independent third-party websites or services.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and policies.
13. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Our store is powered by Shopify.
Shopify provides ecommerce technology and related services that help us operate our online store. Purchases made from TrenchStepper.shop are transactions between the customer and TrenchStepper Limited Apparel unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shopify is not the seller of TrenchStepper merchandise.
14. PRIVACY
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is hosted through Shopify and may use other service providers, certain information may also be processed by Shopify and other providers as necessary to operate the Services, process transactions, prevent fraud, provide customer support, and perform other legitimate business functions.

15. ERRORS & OMISSIONS
Occasionally, the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccurate information, or omissions relating to descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping charges, transit times, or other information.
We may correct legitimate errors and update information as reasonably necessary.
If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we will handle the affected transaction in accordance with applicable law.
16. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Products remain subject to any warranties, guarantees, or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits rights provided to you by applicable consumer-protection law.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrenchStepper Limited Apparel and its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate any mandatory remedy available to a consumer for defective, misdescribed, undelivered, or otherwise legally nonconforming goods.
18. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold TrenchStepper Limited Apparel harmless from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, or reasonable expenses arising directly from your unlawful misuse of the Services, infringement of another person's rights, or material violation of these Terms.
This section does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer law.
19. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services when reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers, TrenchStepper, or third parties; respond to unlawful conduct; prevent fraud; or enforce these Terms.
Termination does not affect obligations or rights that arose before termination.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, lawful resale, liability, and dispute-related provisions—will continue to apply.
20. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permitted or severed where necessary.
The remaining provisions will remain in effect.
21. NO WAIVER
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.
22. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference and any product-specific or promotional terms presented to you, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services.
If a product-specific term conflicts with these Terms, the more specific term will control to the extent of that conflict unless applicable law requires otherwise.
23. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Where legally enforceable, disputes relating to these Terms or the Services may be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts serving the jurisdiction in Ohio where TrenchStepper Limited Apparel is headquartered.
If you are a consumer located in a jurisdiction that gives you mandatory legal protections or the right to bring a claim in another forum, nothing in this section is intended to take those rights away.
24. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice before material changes take effect.
Changes generally apply prospectively and do not alter rights or obligations that already arose under an accepted order unless permitted by law.
