This Legal Notice explains important information concerning the TrenchStepper brand, website content, intellectual property, authentic merchandise, resale, limited releases, collaborations, and brand affiliation.
This notice should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and other policies posted on TrenchStepper.shop.
Nothing in this Legal Notice is intended to limit any right that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
1. OFFICIAL BRAND & WEBSITE
TrenchStepper.shop is operated as the official online storefront of TrenchStepper Limited Apparel.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, official TrenchStepper merchandise, collections, artwork, photographs, written content, graphics, packaging concepts, authentication features, promotional materials, and other original brand materials displayed through this website originate from, belong to, are licensed to, or are authorized for use by TrenchStepper Limited Apparel.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The TrenchStepper name, TrenchStepper Limited Apparel name, brand identifiers, logos, original artwork, graphics, photographs, website copy, product graphics, promotional materials, packaging artwork, collection concepts, and other creative materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, unfair competition, or other applicable intellectual-property laws.
All rights in such materials are reserved to TrenchStepper Limited Apparel or their respective lawful owners.
Nothing displayed on this website grants permission to reproduce, manufacture, copy, distribute, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized merchandise using TrenchStepper intellectual property.
Permission must be obtained where legally required.
3. COPYRIGHT NOTICE
Original creative works appearing on TrenchStepper.shop are protected by copyright to the extent provided by applicable law.

Protected materials may include, where applicable:
- original artwork and graphics;
- product photography;
- promotional photography;

- original promotional materials;
- packaging artwork;

Purchasing a physical product containing copyrighted artwork does not transfer ownership of the copyright itself.
However, this copyright notice is not intended to prevent the lawful ownership, use, gifting, collection, or resale of the authentic physical item purchased by a customer.
4. TRADEMARKS & BRAND IDENTIFIERS
TrenchStepper, TrenchStepper Limited Apparel, and certain related names, logos, designs, phrases, and brand identifiers may function as trademarks or source identifiers of TrenchStepper Limited Apparel.
They may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests that another product, store, reseller, company, social-media account, event, service, or organization is:
- operated by TrenchStepper;
- officially authorized by TrenchStepper;
- sponsored by TrenchStepper;
- affiliated with TrenchStepper; or
- an official TrenchStepper retailer, distributor, partner, or representative when that is not true.
Nothing in this notice should be interpreted as representing that a particular mark is federally registered unless that registration is specifically identified.
5. OWNERSHIP & AUTHENTIC RESALE
We believe ownership should mean ownership.
A customer who lawfully purchases an authentic TrenchStepper product generally owns that particular physical item and may, subject to applicable law:
- wear it;
- keep it;
- collect it;
- display it;
- gift it;
- trade it; or
- resell it.
TrenchStepper Limited Apparel does not require a customer to obtain our permission merely to resell an authentic physical TrenchStepper product that the customer lawfully owns.
Independent resale does not, however, create an official relationship between the reseller and TrenchStepper Limited Apparel.
An independent reseller should not falsely describe themselves as an authorized TrenchStepper retailer, distributor, partner, representative, or affiliate.
The reseller should also accurately describe the authenticity, condition, edition, modifications, and other material characteristics of the item being offered.
6. WHAT LAWFUL RESALE DOES NOT AUTHORIZE
Ownership of an authentic TrenchStepper product does not authorize anyone to:
- manufacture additional copies of the product;
- reproduce TrenchStepper artwork for new merchandise;
- create counterfeit or falsely branded TrenchStepper merchandise;
- reproduce TrenchStepper logos or graphics for unauthorized commercial products;
- duplicate authentication materials;
- duplicate or fabricate serial numbers;
- copy NFC authentication features;
- reproduce collectible cards, hang tags, certificates, packaging, or similar authentication components for deceptive purposes;
- falsely advertise an item as authentic or officially released;
- falsely advertise an altered product as an original, unmodified TrenchStepper release; or
- falsely imply sponsorship, authorization, endorsement, or affiliation with TrenchStepper Limited Apparel.
Authentic resale is respected. Counterfeiting and misrepresentation are not.
7. LIMITED EDITIONS, COLLECTIBLES & AUTHENTICATION
Certain TrenchStepper products may include limited-edition designations, serial numbers, NFC technology, collectible materials, authentication components, special packaging, release quantities, or other identifying features.
These elements are intended to help document or identify characteristics of the original release.
The lawful resale of an authentic limited-edition product does not change its original:
- edition;
- serial number;
- release quantity;
- production status; or
- authenticity.
Authentication features must not be duplicated, fabricated, transferred to counterfeit merchandise, or used to misrepresent an unauthorized item as authentic.
An authentication feature associated with a genuine product confirms information relating to that product. It does not automatically authenticate, approve, guarantee, or endorse the person or business reselling it.
8. ALTERED, CUSTOMIZED & REWORKED PRODUCTS
Owners of authentic TrenchStepper products may have rights under applicable law concerning their physical property.
However, if an authentic TrenchStepper item has been materially altered, customized, reconstructed, reworked, or combined with other products, it should not be represented to consumers as an original, unmodified, factory-released TrenchStepper product if doing so would be misleading.
Alteration of an authentic item does not authorize reproduction of TrenchStepper intellectual property for use on additional products.
TrenchStepper Limited Apparel does not guarantee, authenticate, warranty, or approve third-party modifications unless we expressly state otherwise.
9. COUNTERFEIT & UNAUTHORIZED MERCHANDISE
TrenchStepper Limited Apparel takes the authenticity and integrity of its releases seriously.
Products that reproduce or imitate TrenchStepper branding, artwork, authentication elements, or product identity without authorization may violate intellectual-property or other applicable laws.
We reserve the right to investigate suspected counterfeit or falsely represented merchandise and to exercise available legal rights when appropriate.
Nothing in this section is intended to interfere with the lawful resale of genuine TrenchStepper products.
10. COLLABORATIONS & THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS
TrenchStepper may release products, artwork, music-related merchandise, campaigns, or collections involving artists, designers, creators, companies, or other collaborators.
Third-party names, marks, artwork, photographs, likenesses, music, and other materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
When TrenchStepper.shop expressly identifies a release as an official collaboration, that representation applies to the specific collaboration or release identified.
The presence of a third-party name or reference elsewhere on the website does not automatically imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
11. ARTISTS, AMBASSADORS, INFLUENCERS & ENDORSEMENTS
TrenchStepper may work with artists, models, ambassadors, creators, influencers, musicians, or other collaborators.
Where required by applicable law, material relationships associated with promotional endorsements should be appropriately disclosed.
No independent person or business may falsely claim to represent, speak for, be employed by, be sponsored by, or have an official partnership with TrenchStepper Limited Apparel.
Only TrenchStepper Limited Apparel or a person expressly authorized by the brand may establish an official TrenchStepper partnership, endorsement, representation, or collaboration.
12. PRODUCT INFORMATION & CREATIVE VARIATION
We make reasonable efforts to accurately present product descriptions, colors, materials, sizing, availability, pricing, photography, and other product information.
Actual appearance may vary because of:
- screen or device settings;
- photography and lighting;
- fabric characteristics;
- manufacturing tolerances;
- hand-finishing;
- reclaimed or vintage materials;
- small-batch production; or
- other reasonable production differences.
Limited releases, reclaimed garments, handmade details, hand-finished products, special treatments, individually produced pieces, and one-of-one products may intentionally contain variations.
A reasonable characteristic inherent to such a product does not automatically constitute a defect.
Our Refund Policy governs return eligibility and defective or incorrect merchandise.
13. WEBSITE CONTENT
Content on TrenchStepper.shop is provided for shopping, brand information, community engagement, entertainment, and other legitimate business purposes.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information but cannot guarantee that every page will be entirely free of typographical errors, temporary technical issues, outdated information, or display inconsistencies.
Material pricing, inventory, or product errors will be handled in accordance with our Terms of Service and applicable law.
14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
TrenchStepper.shop may use or link to services provided by third parties, including Shopify, payment processors, social-media services, streaming services, shipping carriers, applications, and other platforms.
These third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, and practices.
TrenchStepper Limited Apparel does not control independent third-party services and is not responsible for their separate content or policies except to the extent required by law.
15. REPORTING COUNTERFEITS, INFRINGEMENT OR FALSE AFFILIATION
If you believe someone is:
- selling counterfeit TrenchStepper merchandise;
- reproducing TrenchStepper artwork without authorization;
- duplicating TrenchStepper authentication elements;
- falsely representing themselves as an official TrenchStepper retailer or representative;
- impersonating TrenchStepper Limited Apparel; or
- otherwise misusing TrenchStepper intellectual property,

16. OTHER PEOPLE'S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
TrenchStepper Limited Apparel respects the intellectual-property rights of artists, photographers, designers, musicians, creators, businesses, and other rights holders.
