TrenchStepper Ownership & Resale Notice

At TrenchStepper Limited Apparel, we believe ownership should mean ownership.

Consistent with the First Sale Doctrine, customers who lawfully purchase an authentic TrenchStepper product may generally keep it, wear it, collect it, gift it, trade it, or resell that particular item.

We respect the collectors, supporters, resellers, and community members who help authentic TrenchStepper pieces continue their journey.

Authentic Resale

You do not need permission from TrenchStepper Limited Apparel merely to resell an authentic product that you lawfully own.

However, independent resale does not make the reseller an authorized TrenchStepper retailer, representative, partner, or affiliate. Resellers should describe products and their condition accurately and should not suggest that TrenchStepper sponsors, approves, or operates an independent resale listing or business.

What This Does Not Permit

The First Sale Doctrine does not authorize anyone to:

- Reproduce or manufacture copies of TrenchStepper products.

- Copy or commercially use our original artwork, graphics, photographs, logos, trademarks, or designs.

- Sell counterfeit, unauthorized, or falsely labeled merchandise.

- Alter an item and represent it as an original, unmodified, or officially released TrenchStepper product.

- Duplicate serial numbers, NFC features, authenticity elements, packaging, hang tags, or collectible materials.

- Use the TrenchStepper name or branding in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, authorization, or affiliation.

Limited and Collectible Releases

The resale of an authentic limited-edition product does not change its original edition, serial number, release quantity, or authenticity status. Serial numbers, NFC features, tags, and other authentication elements must not be copied, replaced, duplicated, or misrepresented.

Authentication confirms the origin of a genuine item. It does not necessarily confirm the identity, reputation, pricing, or authorization of an independent reseller.
